Position: Tutor/Consultant/Site Advisor
Howard’s background includes lecturing at Cornwall College on a range of construction management training, as well as holding the position of contracts manager and project engineer for various construction companies. His outstanding knowledge of construction and design related issues, coupled with a pragmatic approach makes him a real asset to the team.
